Covid claims a colleague

Extremely saddened by the death of Vs colleague after a week of covid related treatment. He was 41.

Though I didn't know him save for an occasional reference to his name, he suddenly became dear. After years of half- faith and scepticism I went back to the Bible, psalm 91 and fervent prayers that God save him at least for the sake of his young children. 

But when it became clear yesterday he was sinking and his organs failing, i became hopeless and went back to my scepticism . Human behaviour.
