There's a friend
for each occasion
One to laugh with
One to cry on virtual shoulders
One to gossip
One for the daily grind
or the occasional recipe.
One for political rants
Another for a movie review
Yet another for spiritual solace
Or reliving old times
in campuses laid-back.
The Whatsapp universe
gives choices aplenty
Choose at will
Mute for peace
or block on the sly.
But there's no hiding from it all
Unless we choose to be
non- tech savvy
or social media free.

it is so true and whatsapp has indeed set us free
there is no obligation to meet and greet but the avenue is open for heart to heart chats
i think it is a boon for introverts like(us?)
i find it v uncomfortable to talk face to face and one to one with most ppl
so ur poem is point on
