The asking rate for the first one we saw was 4.5 lakh a ground, near the Ford factory, had hill at the far end. But we were told by an agent we know not to pay more than 4 lac for that. Saw two-three other plots, some semi-agricultural land. Save for the highway, most of the roads to the villages on either side were in bad shape. Was struck by the vastness of Tamil Nadu :0
