A pigeon in our balcony garden... This is the second time it is laying eggs in an empty plant pot. Unfortunately it abandoned the first when V kindly gave it some twigs and coconut husk to nest on. The eggs lay forlorn for a week but disappeared thereafter. The pigeon took them away but we dont know what it did with them. The first batch of eggs came when the kids were around and it had been a subject of much interest for the duo.
This time we are careful not to disturb. The bird, meanwhile, has got quite bold and doesnt fly away when I go to water the plants.

i tell the kids don't touch, as if they feel/smell human touch then , that animal/bird is not going to like it.

We have had that the past three or four years on our porch too:)!!! It is so fascinating to watch and see how the bird fears and then become brave to protect their offspring. nice shots.

I am neither of these. I am actually a Mammootty & Mohanlal fan but I like movies with good stories. Such as Sanmanassullavarku Samadhanam, Megham, Sandesam etc.
