Mansaf

Having Arab colleagues at work mean that I learn about dishes I've never heard about before. Mansaf and musakhan rolls are two Jordanian/Arab dishes I've heard my colleague rave about.

So we ordered mansaf on Talabat yesterday night. It was slightly better than mandi biriyani which I haven't bothered to taste after the first attempt on my first trip here. A bit like lemon rice with meat to boot. There's a sauce like stew which tastes weird.
