Mira received her first dose of Pfizer on Friday last. Although the school had arranged a vaccination drive at Grand Hyatt, it was cancelled last minute, God Knows Why. Maybe there was a shortage. So we booked on our own.
She is the last in the family to get inoculated. If 12-15s get vaccinated in the coming months, schools might open in September. M's school had wanted them to come to school for their first term exam in June.
Lucky to be in a country where residents and citizens are getting the jab free of cost. When you look at the mayhem and drama surrounding the vaccine delivery in India, we need to thank our stars that we are in a place where rulers dont make a show of everything and get things delivered quietly and on time.
