Mira is back home after the reconstructive surgery for her right hand ring finger - the tip of her finger had got cut after it got caught btw the door on Friday evening while playing with her brother. The surgery - by a plastic surgeon - was done 5 hrs later.She is fine and cheerful - all excited about the hospital stay, her first. And she was more interested in posing for the camera (on my mobile) than anything else.

She looks so cute in the outfit. The plastered the entire hand - how did it happen - while playing or accidently?
Oh my goodness--praise God she is home safe and sound. Did the tip come off or did she just need stitches? It looks like she has a whole cast--what a brave girl :) Lots of love!
...while playing with Ash. He banged the balcony door shut and her finger got caught. The part from under the tip of the nail got crushed.
Today the dressing was changed - the part looks black. She is on bed rest (it only means she is at home, not resting) for 2 weeks.
She has been very brave about it - i havent seen her crying in pain at all. She did cry when it happened, not after.
